Primary Care NP or PA Opportunity - Flexible 4.5-Day Schedule
Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Primary Care team in Belmont, CA.

Job Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Valid and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Active DEA registration number
- BLS and ACLS certification
- 1+ years of recent relevant experience preferred
