We help you set up and run your Nanny Agency business. Work from home online today.

  • Managers are responsible for networking with local childcare candidates and families who need part time or full time nannies.
  • Managers help families determine their exact childcare needs.
  • Managers review, approve and share nanny candidates in their area. This includes interviewing them via video or in person, checking their driving license for identification purposes, reviewing their childcare experience, background checking them and ensuring suitability for the position.
  • Managers market NannyPod around their community, town or city.
  • Managers are the face of NannyPod and represent the company at a local level.
