My name is Avery , and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Tool Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Malmstrom AFB, MT Details of the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $33.67hr to Start
- Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm (Onsite)
- 12-month assignment, possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- The position will mainly be responsible for assessing maintenance requirements and verifying customer requests for non-production materials, tool, and shop supplies.
- The position will also coordinate with support organizations to resolve maintenance issues and to resolve potential impacts to budget and maintenance schedules.
- The position will also investigate changes in maintenance requirements, recommend appropriate solutions to meet maintenance and process requirements and support emergent requests.
- The position will also analyze, procure, and oversee procurement processes for maintenance tool services products and services.
- The position will also review inventory stock usage and utilize resources cost effectively by following inventory management systems, methodologies, and processes.
- The position will analyze products using industry specifications, procedures, engineering product definition, and maintenance processes ensuring compliance to process requirements.
- The position will review on-hand inventory and coordinates re-distribution and participate in the plans for the removal of obsolete inventory.
- The position will also prepare required reports in the support of organization and contractual requirements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Secret Clearence Required
- 3+ years of experience managing test assets and/or calibrated equipment Required
- 3+ years of experience with Foreign Object Debris (FOD) risk Required
- Experience using a computer-based inventory management system Required
- Willing to work variable shifts Required
- Knowledge/use of Air Force Logistics Supply Systems, Publications, and DOD Inventory Management procedures and regulations. Preferred
- Knowledge of GFE (Government Furnished Equipment), GFP (Government Furnished Property) and Government inventory audit experience Preferred
- Knowledge/use of GOLD/GOLDesp Inventory Management System Preferred
- Experience supporting flight line maintenance, working to a sites Ground Operating Procedures (GOPs), manual and DCMA 8210.1C Preferred
- Experience communicating with internal and external customers Preferred
- Computer usage expertise including MSFT Office, for digital inventory, tool checkout, inspection/maintenance data entry, etc. Preferred
