Information Assurance Subject Matter Expert

Support the program and contractor Program Manager in security matters and their internal chain of command will be separate from the operations team.

Ensure that IA team activities are internally coordinated and externally coordinated with the other contractor team members and the Government on all technical and policy matters related to Information Assurance.

Act as backup for ISSO. The IA SME will maintain the same level of access as ISSO.
Basic Qualifications:

Ten (10) or more years of experience providing information assurance support for full lifecycle IT projects with similar technologies.

Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or an additional 5 years of experience performing IA accreditation and support on projects with similar technologies.

Current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification or equivalent which provides demonstrable record of security-focused education and certification.

Top-Secret security clearance
