Responsibilities

As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

  • Design and deliver patient-centered treatment plans that make a lasting difference

  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

  • Document progress, meet productivity standards, and champion recovery goals

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with your patients, their families, and your care team

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Valid state license (or pending if you're newly licensed)

  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, or as your schedule allows

  • Prior experience in long-term care, acute, or rehab settings is welcome—but not required
