We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time at our offices in Arlington and Burlington WA. We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who enjoys providing high-quality comprehensive patient care to join our team. Our clinic is staffed by a balanced team of physicians, Physician Assistants (PAs), and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs) to optimize patient care through both medication management and interventional pain procedures.

We are looking for a compassionate, yet driven Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide focused exams and care, helping patients improve their functioning and mobility and improve their quality of life, while working alongside our Pain Management Physicians. Duties include caring for those suffering from joint pain/injuries and conditions and the incoming PA/NP will be providing comprehensive pain management care. Ideally, the incoming provider has pain management experience, but we are willing to consider recent graduates or those without pain management experience and will provide training in joint injections, trigger point injections, and PRP injections if needed. Must be comfortable with medication management. This position requires the provider to divide their time between our Burlington and Arlington offices, working two days per week at each location.

Duties:
  • Patient Evaluation and consultation- review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
  • Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
  • Develop and implement treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
  • Educate patients on diagnosis, potential treatment options, lifestyle changes, and rehab/modalities
  • Medication management
  • Treatments to include joint, trigger point injections, and PRP injections (we will provide training)
  • Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, and chart patient's progress
  • Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
  • Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
  • PA/NP License in WA
  • Pain Management, joint injection, and trigger point injection experience preferred but we will provide training
  • We will consider recent graduates
Schedule:
  • Full time 4- day work week
Salary (range):
  • $120k- $150k per year (DOE) plus bonus compensation for total potential compensation range of $145k-$250k per year
