CarePatrol of Jacksonville Metro is seeking a Field-Based Senior Care Advisor to expand our reach. We are the nation's largest and most trusted senior advisory organization, operating under a simple mantra: "Client First. All the time. Every time."

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $54,000/year ($4,500/month), paid monthly.
  • Uncapped Commission: Progressive tiers reaching up to 40% of the revenue you generate.
  • Growth Support: Consistent performers receive dedicated administrative support to handle paperwork, freeing you up to sell.
  • Reimbursement: Monthly reimbursement for mileage and approved business expenses.

YOUR MISSION This is a dual-role position requiring equal parts Business Development and Client Advisory.

  • Hunt for Business: While your primary focus will be Physicians, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Hospitals. You will also diversify your network by building relationships with Elder Law Attorneys, Financial Planners, and other community partners.
  • Guide Families: Meet with families in crisis, conduct "Care Discoveries" to assess their needs, and personally tour them through vetted Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities.
  • Advocate: Help families navigate complex financial options (VA Aid & Attendance, Medicaid waivers) and ensure they choose safe, appropriate care options.

  • A Proven Closer: You have a track record in outside sales, pharmaceutical sales, or business development. You understand that "No" is just the start of the conversation.
  • Empathetic & Ethical: You can navigate emotional family dynamics with grace. You align with our strict ethical standards and brand promise.
  • The "CEO" of Your Market: You manage your schedule, your pipeline, and your relationships with minimal hand-holding.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Business Development/Sales experience (Healthcare sales preferred).
  • Senior Living experience is a plus.
  • Reliable, clean, and presentable vehicle (for client tours and marketing).
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive Level 2 background check.
