Full Stack Application Developer (12 Positions)

Contract Length: 1 Year with a start date of 2/1/2026
Pay: $110,000 - $130,000
Location: Falls Church, VA or Fort Collins, CO (Onsite 5 days a week)
Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident

Mindbank Consulting Group is seeking talented Full Stack Application Developers to join our team. We aim to enhance our custom applications and COTS solutions to provide an exceptional user experience. Your role will involve:

  • Developing, integrating, and maintaining custom applications and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify enhancements and improve workflows.
  • Implementing bug fixes and developing new functionality for various applications, such as ETK, IPaC, Dkey Editor, EPM, SAMS, and HabITS.
  • Supporting all DKeys in production and enhancing them to allow multiple DKeys for single projects.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making in conservation.
  • Translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions with engineering, data, reporting, and domain partners.
  • Designing and implementing APIs for secure data exchange between systems.
  • Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability (unit/integration testing; defect resolution).
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, including API specifications, architecture notes, and integration guidelines.
  • Ensuring solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Engaging in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies; participating in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
