Manager Trainee - Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with old original windows, doors, roofing and bathroom.

Responsibilities:
• Canvass local neighborhoods to identify homes with old or original windows, doors, roofing, and bathrooms
• Work outdoors and engage directly with homeowners
• Schedule FREE estimate appointments for home improvement projects
• Learn daily operations, team motivation, and leadership skills as you grow into management

Qualifications:
• No experience required - we'll train you into a leadership role
• Outgoing and confident communicator
• Strong people skills and a leadership mindset
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and ready to advance

Compensation:
• Competitive hourly plus commission and bonus (Earn $50K-$75K per year)
• 5-day work schedule (No Weekends)
• Full training provided
