Production Equipment Maintenance Technician

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for the repair and installation of our production and manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality aligns with manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Swiftly repair production equipment as necessary to ensure smooth operation.
- Analyze breakdowns and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace through regular housekeeping.
- Upgrade production lines with the latest equipment and technology to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with outside contractors on assigned projects.
- Facilitate changes in production lines during package changeovers.
- Adhere to GMP, safety protocols, and audit standards to ensure compliance.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively managing your own tasks and documenting your progress.
Note: This position involves working in environments with heat, noise, gases, and chemicals, requiring frequent physical activity, including lifting, climbing, and bending. Availability for weekend and holiday work may be required.
