Job Title: Supervisor – Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) Program Supervisor – Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) Location: Lincoln Park, MI 48146 Supervisor – Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (evenings and weekends may be required based on program needs) Supervisor – Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) Pay: $71,000 – $94,000 annually (based on licensure and experience) Supervisor – Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor for our Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) program. This role is responsible for the administrative and clinical functioning of TFCO services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health care to children, therapeutic foster families, and biological families. Supervisor – Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision and support to program staff. Review and organize all treatment records and reports for children and families. Develop therapeutic relationships with children, foster families, and biological families. Assess and monitor mental health services and make daily treatment decisions. Oversee placement decisions and transitions back into the community. Provide or coordinate emergency assessments and after-hours crisis intervention when necessary. Manage program operations, staff, and monitor program outcomes, fidelity, and effectiveness. Complete reports required by the agency or funding sources. Perform other duties as assigned.
