This job will have the following responsibilities: A. Supports and is committed to the Mission and Values of the organization B. Maintains meaningful relationships with patients and their families, as well as with healthcare professionals, healthcare partners and their employees, and other Ascend Hospice employees and suppliers C. Contributes to a caring and supportive workplace, and to creating an environment that promotes personal growth and encourages creativity D. Complies with organizational and departmental policies, procedures and standards E. Responsible for the planning, implementation, delivery and supervision of direct clinical services provided to patients and families; coordination of the Hospice program and the effective and efficient use of resources. F. Oversees supervision of clinical personnel. Qualifications & Requirements: Candidate will possess strong knowledge of Hospice regulations. Looking for someone passionate about Hospice, takes initiative and holds staff accountable RN Licensure This is a growth position that could lead to the candidate being the office leader In addition, this candidate should have an interest in developing business and be linked within the community Email: Acialone@judge.com
