When visiting our clinics, patients experience prompt scheduling, unparalleled customer service, and specialized treatment. Peak Sport and Spine has an orthopedic and sports medicine focus, but we also treat a variety of other patients and conditions.

Physical Therapist Demands:
Requires high-level visual and auditory acuity for participating in and monitoring patient care activities. Ability to move frequently throughout the Facility; ability to walk or stand at least 5 hours a day; occasional overhead and low reaching, demonstrates ability to lift and/or carry over 40 pounds on a regular basis; ability to push/pull over 50 pounds on a regular basis; and ability to sit for long periods.
Pay:$75,000-$90,000 per year
