Data Analyst

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry , is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Maplewood, MN . As a Data Analyst, you will be supporting various business functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Maplewood, MN (100% Onsite, Mon-Fri, 1st Shift, flexible around core hours)

Pay Range: $21/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Months W2 (No C2C)

Job Function:

• Extract and manage data from SharePoint to support various business functions.

• Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Generate Excel reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

• Maintain documentation and records related to data management and contract activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in data management and working with SharePoint.

• Capable of reviewing contracts to pinpoint key metadata fields.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
