We're looking for a Senior Product Manager (reporting to the Chief Product Officer) to lead product definition and delivery for a new team that will be responsible for two key areas of product innovation: AI and Mobile. We are looking for someone to come in and lead the product roadmap, contributing at a strategic level, while delivering hands-on with a small team.
You'll work closely with your engineering and design partners on this team as well as cross-functionally with marketing, customer success and the executive team.
You'll design the product roadmap and deliver and be accountable for driving these outcomes. You'll have a lot of new green space to explore, direct access to customers and autonomy to determine the best way to achieve outcomes.

About the Role
Help Drive Vision & Strategy for one of our pods
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for one of Monograph's most critical future investment areas.
- Collaborate closely with your pod's engineering manager, designer and engineers
- Work with the executive team to influence long-term product direction and define strategic bets.
- Translate strategy into a clear, prioritized roadmap with measurable outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and design to define solutions, guide execution, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Establish experimentation practices suited for B2B SaaS-balancing rapid learning with pragmatic constraints.
- Stay deeply connected to customer challenges, workflows, and emerging opportunities.
- Lead discovery and validation work, synthesizing insights to inform product decisions.
- Identify the highest-impact problems and guide the team toward meaningful solutions.
- Partner with marketing and customer success to drive adoption of new features.
- Work closely with sales and leadership to understand customer demand, market dynamics, and business impact.
- Communicate clearly and frequently to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Experience driving end-to-end product development-from discovery to launch to iteration.
- Strong systems thinker who can connect the dots, identify edge cases, and balance multiple priorities.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating rapid change.
- Highly user-focused, with a track record of identifying customer problems and designing impactful solutions.
- Curious, collaborative, and excited to build in areas that require exploration, learning, and iteration.
- Excellent communicator who can drive alignment in a fast-moving environment.
Additional details
Salary Range: $165,000 - $185,000 depending on experience and location
