Role and Responsibilities:
Skills: SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP systems, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, from planning to post-implementation support.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, analysts, and business users.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
