Description

As a Kitchen Operations Director, you will be a key player in our leadership team, ensuring the success of our restaurant through our Creating Raving Fans Strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the kitchen team, implementing efficient systems and processes. Collaborate closely with fellow Directors and the Operator to craft and execute a solid Business Plan while benefiting from personalized Development Plans to support your professional and personal growth.
