Position: Oracle EBS P2P

Location: Boynton Beach, FL

Job Description
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle P2P implementations and upgrades.
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.
  • Configure Oracle Procurement and Payables modules (e.g., Purchasing, iProcurement, Payables, Payments).
  • Design and implement process improvements across procurement, supplier management, invoice processing, and payment workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, supply chain, and IT.
  • Provide guidance on Oracle Cloud P2P best practices.
  • Support testing, training, and change management activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle P2P modules.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Required Skills Experience:
  • 7 years of experience with Oracle P2P modules (Cloud or EBS).
  • Strong understanding of the full P2P lifecycle.
  • Experience with Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Payables.
  • Familiarity with integrations between P2P and other modules (GL, FA, Inventory, Projects).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
