Job summary :
The Practice Manager for the Oncology service Line is a vital leadership role responsible for the overall clinical and operational management of designated clinics. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care within the service line, aligning with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices. The Nurse Manager will foster a collaborative environment, lead a team of nursing professionals, and contribute to the strategic development and growth of the specialty services.
Supervises: Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, Radiation Therapists, and other clinical support staff within the assigned service line.
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree preferred 2. A minimum of three years' practice manager experience 3.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
