Description

We are hiring a Client Experience Coordinator for our Frisco Medspa. You will handle hot social media leads, make outbound/inbound calls, schedule appointments, collect deposits, send confirmations, manage client flow, greet clients, take payments for scheduled treatments at check-in, collect 5-star reviews, and document important client notes.
You do not handle rebooking or sales - that is done by our Concierge team. Your focus is creating a luxury front desk experience and ensuring clients arrive smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities
• Handle hot social media leads & convert them into appointments
• Outbound + inbound calls, scheduling, and deposit collection
• Send appointment confirmations & reminders
• Greet clients, offer hospitality, verify details
• Take payments for scheduled treatments at check-in
• Maintain a clean and high-end front desk environment
• Collect 5-star reviews & document key client notes
• Support treatment flow & coordinate with aestheticians
• Follow SOPs and maintain smooth daily operations

Position Requirements

Requirements
• Experience in medspa, spa, hospitality, salon, or healthcare front desk preferred
• Strong communication & confident with outbound calling
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech savvy
• Professional, polished, and client-focused
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Full-time onsite availability
