Job Requirements

Required Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Required Licensure & Certifications:

  • State-Specific Phlebotomy Certification/License (as applicable to state of practice):
  • Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) Certification: Required upon hire or transfer.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Phlebotomy program certificate.
