- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth and healing.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and support.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current in the field.
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs to promote mental health awareness.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to clients in distress.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Current and valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations and age groups.
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional growth.
- Passion for helping others and promoting mental wellness.

Compensation: $66,200.00 - $81,435.00 per year
