With a competitive base rate of pay + tips per tip-pooling arrangement, with a minimum guaranteed base hourly wage of $20 including tips. Base wage including tips can average up to $25+ per hour. What you need to be successful

To thrive as a Supervisor at Stan's Donuts and Coffee, you'll need a robust set of skills that align with our energetic and customer-focused culture. First and foremost, having at least one year of supervisory experience is crucial, as it equips you with the ability to lead a team effectively. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are essential to navigate the daily challenges that arise, ensuring smooth operations.

Your capability in cash handling will directly impact the financial health of our business. Additionally, obtaining a Manager Food Handler Certification and Allergen Certification demonstrates your commitment to food safety and customer well-being. Exceptional leadership skills will empower you to inspire your team and foster a positive work environment.
