Role Responsibilities
- Deliver inclusive, continuous care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors.
- Address chronic health concerns, provide preventive care, manage acute illnesses, and tackle mental health challenges with a patient-centered approach.
- Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create tailored treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare professionals to promote holistic health.
- Engage in quality improvement projects designed to enhance patient care outcomes and operational success.
- Maintain accurate, current patient records through electronic medical records (EMR).
- Provide healthcare both face-to-face and via telemedicine, adapting to patient needs.
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine.
- Eligibility for (or current possession of) a valid North Carolina medical license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on preventive and proactive care.
- Familiarity with value-based care models and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Technologically adept, with experience in EMRs and telehealth platforms.
