Daily Property Adjuster

CENCO Claims is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Daily Property Adjuster to handle residential and light commercial property claims in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. This field-based position offers steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our dedicated claims team.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and commercial properties to assess storm, wind, and water damage.
- Prepare accurate, timely estimates and detailed reports.
- Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carriers.
- Document findings in accordance with carrier standards and industry best practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
- Prior property adjusting experience preferred, not required.
- Proficiency in Xactimate (or willingness to learn).
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to perform field inspections, climb roofs, and navigate losses independently.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and standard adjusting equipment.
- Basic understanding of construction or repair practices preferred.
- Consistent claim volume throughout the Myrtle Beach region
