  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred).

  • Minimum of 15+ years of extensive and progressive experience in technology leadership, architecture, or operations, with at least 7-10 years in executive leadership roles (e.g., Director, Sr. Director, VP) overseeing large and complex technology organizations.

  • Demonstrable experience defining and executing technology strategy for a major business unit or an entire company.
