Job Details for 2nd Shift Precision Quality Inspector:
  • Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3pm-1:30am *must be willing to train on 1st Shift for 6-8 weeks*
  • Pay Rate: $18-$21+ based on experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for 2nd Shift Precision Quality Inspector:
  • Follow process-driven Inspection steps and documentation
  • Read and apply blueprints and diagrams
  • Use caliper, micrometer, and other tools to verify math-based tolerances
  • Apply strong understanding of math: fractions and decimals
  • Occasionally perform simple Machine Operation
  • Be flexible to perform all duties from a standing or seated position
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs
Job Requirements for 2nd Shift Precision Quality Inspector:
  • REQUIRED: Must be willing to work 2nd shift hours
    REQUIRED: Must speak, read, and understand English for safety reasons
  • REQUIRED: Must have reliable transportation - this position is not bus accessible
  • REQUIRED: Must have 1+ year of experience in Precision Quality Inspection using Micrometers, Calipers, Gauges, or similar fine measuring tools
  • REQUIRED: 1+ year of experience working with manufacturing blueprints
  • Preferred: Experience in CNC-machining environment preferred but not required
  • Preferred: Experience in a quality lab or medical manufacturing setting
  • Excellent work history - Must have been consistently employed for the past 2+ years
  • Must have good understanding of math: fractions, decimals + addition, multiplication etc.
