We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our Beaumont, TX team Come join us

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Job involves accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems from various sources (paper, digital files, audio)
  • Ensuring data integrity.
  • Performing regular backups
  • Organizing records.
  • Requiring strong attention to detail, focus, and basic computer skills for tasks like generating reports, handling confidential info, and supporting other departments.
Minimum requirements:
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Typing Speed & Accuracy.
  • Confidentiality.
  • Time Management & Organization.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency (Excel Spreadsheets, Word, Adobe, and various Databases).
  • Experience with TXDOT (Site Manager), Project Mates, Metafield, and Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
Technical requirements:
  • Data Input & Updating: Transferring information from source documents (invoices, reports, forms) into databases, spreadsheets, or software using keyboards and scanners.
  • Accuracy & Verification: Reviewing and comparing data to source documents to identify and correct errors, ensuring completeness and consistency.
  • Organization: Sorting, categorizing, and organizing both physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
  • Database Management: Maintaining and updating records, performing regular data backups, and retrieving information as requested.
  • Collaboration: Liaising with other employees or clients to collect necessary data and report discrepancies.
