Ideal is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Route Relief to service and help grow a local route. The Route Relief supports the Service Department in its objectives to meet our customers' needs through up-selling/cross-selling and providing superior customer service. Main duties are to cover routes and perform service-related tasks as required. Route Relief have the potential to move up into a commissioned Route Service Representative position when open.

What you'll be doing:
  • Provide route coverage for the Route Service Representatives.
  • Provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction on your assigned route.
  • Service a route, delivering to multiple customers per day - ranging from small businesses to major corporate locations.
  • Create opportunities to upsell and grow existing customer base, resulting in increased sales and route growth.
  • This role is physical, dynamic, and consists of being indoors/outdoors.
