Senior Staff Accountant with QuickBooks Online
Who: A well-established, privately held company is seeking an experienced accountant to support daily financial operations and general ledger accuracy.
What: Manage full-cycle accounting functions using QuickBooks Online while supporting front office responsibilities.
When: Full-time, permanent position available immediately.
Where: On-site in Lewisville, TX.
Why: Help maintain financial integrity and support business operations during continued growth.
Office Environment: Professional, structured, and client-facing with daily in-office responsibilities.
Salary: Up to $80,000 annually based on experience, plus full benefits.
Position Overview:
The Senior Staff Accountant will work closely with the Controller to manage general ledger functions, reconcile accounts, process financial transactions, and contribute to administrative office tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain and reconcile the general ledger in QuickBooks Online
● Process customer receipts and vendor invoices
● Reconcile bank statements and expense reports
● Assist in month-end close and financial reporting
● Manage W9s and tax exemption certificates
● Order supplies and coordinate front office functions
● Provide occasional administrative support
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience using QuickBooks Online
● Strong knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
● Professional appearance and dependable attendance
● Comfortable with basic office equipment and front office tasks
Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-Site)
