This role involves providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care through 24-hour in-house call shifts. Position Overview Profession: Physician Specialty: OB/GYN Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing Shift Type: 24-Hour Default Rate Type: On Call (Daily) Emergency/Temp Privileges: No Shift Details Shift Description: 24-hour in-house OB/GYN call shifts. The role involves being available for the full duration of the shift, managing all OB/GYN-related cases and emergencies as they arise. Weekend Requirements: Yes, weekend coverage is required. On Call Requirements: This position requires on-call duties, meaning the provider will be on-site and responsible for any OB/GYN emergencies or patient needs throughout the shift. Practice Setting Patient Volume: Varies depending on daily needs and patient flow. Support Staff: Full hospital staff is available to assist with various duties, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment. EMR System: Cerner Certification and License Requirements Board Certification: Required. Only board-certified OB/GYNs will be considered; board-eligible candidates will not be accepted. State License: Michigan. A valid Michigan medical license and CSR are required at the time of submission. IMLC candidates will not be considered. Additional Certifications: BLS is required.
