Overview:
Join 3M's Electronics Adhesives & Abrasives Marketing team as a Marketing Analyst II, contributing to the Semiconductor Materials Product Platform. This role supports implementation and execution of key marketing operations initiatives, collaborating closely with global and portfolio teams to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer experience. The position demands strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple concurrent projects, alongside a proactive approach to solve problems and improve processes within marketing and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support execution of marketing plan activities including product launches, campaigns, and commercialization efforts.
• Maintain product databases, pricing updates, marketing collateral, and activation programs, ensuring operational excellence.
• Collaborate with global and area marketing teams to gather customer insights, competitive intelligence, and evaluate market trends.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer or vendor order issues and perform integrated data analysis and reporting.
• Participate in development and improvement of marketing processes and participate in cross-functional projects.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing roles.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and customer focus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of marketing operations experience, preferably within semiconductor or electronics industries.
• Experience supporting or leading marketing content creation, campaigns, and research.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Eloqua, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel skills.
