Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in San Francisco, CA and provide end-user support.
Duties and Responsibilities :
-
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, including reconciling stock counts to computer reports
-
Update transactions in reporting system to ensure audit accuracy
-
Manage workflows for logistics, audits
-
Receive, unpack, and deliver items to shelves or requesting departments
-
Identify, resolve, and monitor customer complaints
Skills and Qualifications :
-
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing inventory and procurement
-
Experience in shipping/receiving, proper packing for IT equipment
-
Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic, and agile environment, including the ability to manage time and maintain an excellent work ethic
-
Ability to work independently and work with all levels of end users and management
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with end users, vendors, and shipping department to ship out / receive hardware between remote offices
-
Keen attention to detail
-
Excellent organization and categorization skills
-
Ability to use and maintain inventory and system tracking software
-
Experience working with ticketing systems to monitor, update, and maintain tickets timely
Wage Range :
The rate for this position is between $24.30 - $33.75 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
