Mainframe z/Os Infrastructure System Programmer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  1. Recent experience in z/Os infrastructure upgrades
  2. Recent experience in Broadcom migration to IBM tools
  3. Knowledge and experience in support for a complex Mainframe Environment
  4. Experience in Capacity and performance management
  5. Experience in Install, configure and supporting Mainframe LPARS and MIPS
  6. Experience with Remote Administration of MIPS/LPARS
  7. Knowledge and experience in support for Mainframe migrations and LPAR/MIPS management
  8. Knowledge and Experience in Mainframe datacenter migration and design
  9. Experience configuring and supporting mainframe restores
  10. Experience in Mainframe backup to and restore from tape
  11. Work with vendor partners to manage the agreed upon SLA's
  12. Works with the vendor partners to improve the reporting and operations policies and procedures

  • Responsible for Incident and service request on Mainframe z/Os technologies
  • Responsible for z/Os infrastructure upgrades, and good knowledge on IBM tools migration etc.
