Our client, a leading flooring manufacturing company (confidential), is seeking a Director of FP& to step in on a short-term/interim basis. This individual will report directly to the CFO and provide strong leadership to the FP&A function during a critical period.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the FP&A group, driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Partner with the CFO to deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations.
Consolidate and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and drivers.
Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting packages.
Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ideal Profile:
Strong background as an FP&A leader (Advanced Director / Sr. Director / VP-level candidates welcome).
Proven track record in manufacturing or related industries preferred.
Hands-on leadership style - comfortable managing both detail and strategy.
Excellent communication and executive presence to interface with C-suite.
