As a Clinical Associate Director, you will play a key role in our rapidly expanding organization. Your leadership will guide primary care providers (PCPs) and help us enhance clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients with acute and chronic conditions, particularly in older adults.
- Take full accountability for patient care and outcomes, coordinating with specialists as needed.
- Engage with hospitalists regarding patient care during hospital visits.
- Oversee assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, and documentation for complex health needs.
- Lead a care team that includes a medical assistant, care facilitator, and care coordinator.
- Collaborate with transitional care teams for patients unable to visit the office.
- Facilitate weekly Super Huddles and Transforming Care Meetings.
- Mentor and coach PCPs, promoting exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Work with Center Operations Director to improve financial performance and increase membership.
- Participate in patient recruitment and assist in interviewing prospective providers.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
- Active MD licensure in your state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, ideally as a PCP Partner at ChenMed.
- Completion of ChenMed training programs as part of your development.
- Board certification in the relevant specialty is preferred; Board eligibility is required.
- Current DEA number for controlled substances.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
Compensation: $238,832 - $341,189 Salary
