  • Knowledge of incident management problem management Change management on BMC remedy
  • Support for 24/7/365 which basically monitors Windows and AD Infrastructure Alerts and take remedial actions within process defined in environment.
  • Project Work: 1. Provision / Decommission Windows OS on Virtual machine or Physical standalone servers. 2. DC Promotion/Demotion 3. ADDS Migration 4. Patching & Upgrades
  • Incident Management: Respond & resolve tickets before SLA gets breached.
  • Infrastructure Downtime/Non-Downtime Maintenance contact email Update on call details.
  • Setup Blackouts and then take shutdown reboot of servers as & if required during maintenance work
