Join a positive, supportive, and fun-loving veterinary team in Katy, Texas An established multi-doctor practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to be part of its thriving team. The group prides itself on delivering exceptional care with compassion and collaboration-treating every patient as if they were their own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to small animals (and exotics, if desired)
- Build trusted client relationships through communication and education
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team of DVMs and skilled technicians
- Uphold Fear Free and Cat Friendly standards in patient care
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree
- Eligibility for Texas veterinary licensure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
- Competitive salary ($130K-$150K) + production (no negative accrual)
- Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to 5 weeks paid time off
