Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking an HVAC Technical Trainer in Phoenix, AZ to develop and deliver technical training programs for HVAC technicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver HVAC technical training programs

• Create training materials, manuals, and presentations

• Conduct hands-on equipment training and demonstrations

• Assess trainee competency and provide feedback

• Update training content based on new technologies and codes

• Coordinate with manufacturers on product training

• Support field teams with on-site training and mentoring

• Track training metrics and program effectiveness

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 10+ years of HVAC service or installation experience

• Strong technical knowledge across HVAC systems

• EPA Universal certification and industry certifications

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Experience developing training materials

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

• NATE, RETA, or other professional certifications

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS)

• Technical writing skills
