Job Overview

South Shore Tree Removal Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable Laborer to join our field operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the tree services industry. As a Laborer, you'll support our crews with physical tasks, site cleanup, and equipment handling-while gaining exposure to the skills and tools needed to advance your career in tree removal. No prior experience is required-just a strong work ethic, a driver's license, and the ability to be on time and ready to work every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with tree removal and cleanup tasks
  • Load and unload equipment and debris
  • Operate tools such as rakes, shovels, and wheelbarrows
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Support climbers and equipment operators as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and instructions from team leaders
  • Help with basic equipment maintenance and setup
Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Punctual and dependable with a team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
