Caregiver Requirements:

- Compassion, communication skills, and the desire to support the elderly in their homes

- A valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.

- Caregivers must be at least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range

-$15 - $17 per hour based on your work experience

Job Responsibilities

- Light Housekeeping - Laundry, dishes, vacuuming

- Personal Care - Include bathing assistance, dressing, feeding, toileting and incontinence care

- Companionship - Games, reading and socialization

- Errands and shopping - Assist our clients with grocery shopping/appointments

- Medication reminders - Remind and assist our clients with their medications

- Meal Prep - Assist our clients with daily nutrition/meals

A Day in the Life of a Caregiver

The office sends out shifts daily for the caregiver to pick up. Shifts are sent out with a detailed care plan so the caregiver knows what they are getting into before they accept the shift. At the shift caregivers will complete daily tasks listed in the care plan and help clients with any housework or personal care that is non-medical. Caregivers work with the office to ensure a good experience for both the client and the caregiver.
