Position Title: Junior .Net Application Developer

Your Role: As a .Net Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing high-performance solutions. You will collaborate with team members on best practices in application development, embody a flexible mindset promoting continuous learning, and assist with migrating existing solutions according to organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain services across various versions of the .Net framework, including .Net Core and .Net 5/6/8.
• Utilize Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Create unit tests that ensure thorough code coverage and robust application functionality.
• Contribute to the development of specifications, including user stories and designs.
• Analyze and propose solutions for complex problems.
• Document designs, issues, and implemented solutions.
• Work within the Agile framework to foster effective software development and delivery.
• Engage in continuous improvement of software delivery through DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Stay updated with new IT technologies to maintain expertise in your field.
• Create low-level design documents based on approved system requirements.
• Design and develop comprehensive solutions that are scalable and meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Provide solution estimations and thought leadership within business and technical project scopes.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 to 6 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in .NET development.
• 3 years of hands-on SQL experience.
• 3 years of experience in implementing integrations such as REST and SOAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience in consulting or client services delivery.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (like Azure or AWS) and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Specialization in specific functional areas or industry domains.
• Experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation.
• Expertise in process excellence and modeling.
