Technical Project Manager

• Understands the scope of work as defined by business requirements, solution designs, and quarterly commitments (POR) or prioritized backlog (investment Pods).

• Identifies, confirms, and secures participation from required cross-functional teams.

• Collaborates with the Global IT TPM lead and team partners to align on scope and team involvement.

• Builds and maintains delivery plans and program records.

• Works with the core team to schedule all work required for end-to-end tech readiness.

• Identifies and manages the program's critical path, considering upstream and downstream dependencies.

• Tracks and manages the program schedule, analyzing actual performance against the plan.

• Ensures program milestones are met and communicates updates on major milestones to stakeholders.

• Performs risk management by identifying risk areas, establishing contingency plans, and initiating corrective actions.

• Escalates issues early to Global IT Planning & Delivery leadership for support.

• Partners with Global IT Planning & Delivery leaders, TPO, and core team members to evaluate and make tradeoffs between scope, time, and cost.

• Ensures proper documentation of decisions and changes.

• Proficiently uses SmartSheets, Jira, and program planning best practices.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management within IT or related fields.
