Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with loading their vehicles and ensuring that the entrance of the store remains well-maintained and inviting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Loading merchandise into customer vehicles with care and attention.
- Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store's entrance.
- Ensuring a sufficient supply of shopping carts are available at the entrance for customer convenience.
- Engaging with customers and providing exceptional service during their shopping experience.
Your role as a Customer Service Associate is vital, as you will often be the first and last associate that customers interact with. Therefore, demonstrating excellent customer service skills is essential.
