Salesforce B2B Commerce - Project Manager

The B2B Commerce Project Manager is responsible for leading projects with strong client exposure. They manage a number of related work streams to achieve the desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards, and highest-level client satisfaction. The B2B Project Manager is responsible for creating and executing the project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements for the delivery organization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 years of experience in client-facing project management, in either eCommerce or other consulting environments

• Bachelor's Degree

• Familiarity with various SDLC methodologies

• Experienced in negotiation, vendor management, risk management, project financials, KPI & reporting, and quality management

• Expert level client-facing communication skills

• Experienced with Atlassian project tools (Jira & Confluence)

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Excellent team leadership skills

• Strong governance and accountability to the practice's delivery methodology
