Elevate Your Pharmacist Career
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring exceptional service for patients and customers.
- Develop and implement pharmacy-specific policies in accordance with Joint Commission and regulatory agency standards.
- Collaborate actively within an interdisciplinary team to leverage critical information for improved patient outcomes.
- Accurately interpret, compound, and dispense medications while adhering to legal and professional pharmacy standards.
Licensure Requirements
- Must be licensed in good standing by the appropriate state pharmacy board.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree from an accredited pharmacy program or one substantially equivalent as determined by a certifying agency.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Must have good visual acuity and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds, including medical supplies and equipment.
