Family Medicine Physician | Outpatient Only | $285K Base + Bonuses | No Call, No OB | Claremont, NC

Location: Claremont, North Carolina
Position Type: Full-Time, Employed
Salary: $285,000 per year (2-Year Guarantee) + RVU Bonus Structure

Practice Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a thriving outpatient practice in scenic Claremont, NC. Enjoy work-life balance with a 4-day workweek, no weekends or holidays, and a supportive team culture in a well-established practice.

Position Highlights:

  • Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (4 days/week)

  • No OB, No Weekends, No Evenings

  • Telephone Call Only (Approx. 1:31)

  • Closed for 1-hour lunch daily

  • Outpatient Only - see a broad spectrum of primary care cases

  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible site

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $285,000 Base Salary (2-year guarantee)

  • RVU Bonus Potential - switch to productivity-based pay when ready

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited medical program

  • NC Medical License (or ability to obtain)

  • ACLS & PALS or BCLS (AHA certified) - must be obtained within 3 months of start

Preferred:

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred, not required)
