Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay: $45/hr

About the job:

The Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical equipment and systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation across the facility.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred
  • Brings 2-3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Can read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Demonstrates strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Understands and adheres to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout
  • Communicates clearly and documents work accurately
  • Has the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb, and perform hands-on mechanical work
  • Works well independently and as part of a team, and is open to overtime or weekend work when needed
  • (Preferred) Has experience with PSM programs, millwrighting, machining, pipefitting, or welding
What you'll do:
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Repair or replace pumps, motors, conveyors, valves, and other mechanical components
  • Install and commission new equipment and machinery
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS
  • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, and support compliance with PSM requirements
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to coordinate repairs and improve equipment reliability
  • Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members
  • Support development and execution of maintenance plans and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Perform additional maintenance duties as needed
