We are representing a high-performing, privately led oral and maxillofacial surgery group located in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania, seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral Surgeon to join their expanding team. Compensation & Benefits Overview:

$33,333 Monthly Guarantee (First Year): Provides security during the initial credentialing and onboarding phase whichever is greater: the monthly guarantee or collections.
Student Loan Assistance: $2,000/month in loan support during the first year to ease your financial transition into practice.

Continuing Education Support: $2,500 annual CE allowance for course fees, travel, and advanced training.
