Job Summary
We're hiring licensed therapists across Texas to provide virtual therapy sessions to adults and families. From the comfort of your home office, you'll help clients manage stress, improve relationships, and achieve healthier ways of coping. This role is ideal for professionals who want the structure of a full-time position with the flexibility of remote work.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
- Full benefits package
- Conduct secure telehealth sessions with clients statewide
- Develop and update personalized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust approaches as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and compliant records
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- At least two years of therapy experience
- Comfortable delivering care virtually
